We are proud to announce the new version of our app for your iPhone and iPad.

What started as the simple idea “wouldn’t it be great if you could just change your destination from your mobile phone?” has now evolved into a complete management environment for your service number for daily use.

What’s New in This Version

The new version includes several new features, which we’ll introduce to you in detail below.

Number Settings

Quickly enable a Pre-announcement Tone, Statistics Email Reports, or one of the many other extra features? You can now do it from your iPhone or iPad with just a single swipe.

From the main screen, click the Settings button. If you have multiple numbers, select the number for which you want to change the settings. On the next screen, you’ll see all the settings you’re familiar with from My Belfabriek. With just one swipe, you can enable or disable a feature. There’s no need to click save; we automatically save your changes.

Call Recording

You can now listen to call recordings on your mobile device.

Access the recordings by clicking the Call Recording button on the dashboard.

Haven’t activated this free service yet? You can start recording all your calls today by selecting Call Recording Settings in the menu.

Fully Multilingual

From this version, our app is fully bilingual. Currently, you can choose between Dutch and English.

Dutch is set as the default language, but if your iPhone or iPad is set to use another language, the app will automatically switch to English.

New Design and More

To make all these changes possible, we’ve completely redesigned the app.

The navigation structure has also been rethought.

The app’s design now better aligns with the new design of our website, which we launched earlier this year.

The app is also fully compatible with the latest iPhone models and the iPad Pro.
