First, set up your Weekly Plan

When you activate a service number or company number at Belfabriek, we first ask you to provide your opening hours in a regular week. Based on this, we draw up a Weekly Plan.

You then determine what callers hear at times when your company or department is closed. Instead, you can also choose to connect them to another number. What exactly happens and when, you determine in the additional settings.
