How to activate Call-recording

At Belfabriek, you not only get access to call-recording, but also to an extensive set of extra features. You can activate or deactivate them via your personal dashboard. Call-recording is disabled by default.

If you wish to activate this feature, follow the steps below:

  • Your request will then be processed by one of our employees.
  • You will automatically see new recordings appear in your personal dashboard.
  • How long conversations are kept depends on the retention period you have set.

Belfabriek stores the sound files securely in the cloud, and via your dashboard you have direct access to all recordings in a clear app. The call recording functionality is so versatile that almost any organization can think of a useful application for it.

You will also receive the recorded conversations as a sound file in your e-mail. This way, your phone system functions as a complete call recorder.

When the recording starts, callers will hear a notification.
