The Call Center app works on any phone or tablet with an Android or iOS system.

If your employees work with a softphone from a computer, it might be more convenient for them to manage their availability via our website.
Your employees can do this by navigating to medewerker.belfabriek.nl. On this page, they log in again with their own unique code.
Our medewerker.belfabriek.nl website offers the same functionality as our Call Center app.

Of course, as a number owner, you can also adjust your employees’ availability in real-time.
For number owners, we have the Belfabriek app. In this app, you can not only view your statistics and invoices but also manage extensions and destinations.
You can enable or disable these extensions and their associated destinations in real-time.
