COVID-19 (corona virus) telephone accessibility

Telephone accessibility in times of crisis? We are here for you!
In connection with the situation surrounding Covid-19 (‘Corona virus’), please pay attention to the following.
One of the effects of the crisis in general and the call to work from home in particular, is a renewed focus on telephone accessibility. For example, several Corona-related numbers have gone live. Examples are the RIVM info line (0800-1351) and the Red Cross Helpline (070-4455 888). In addition, many organizations are taking new numbers into use and/or expanding the functionality of existing numbers.
To meet this high demand, we have increased our capacity and are working in the evenings and on weekends.
This means for new numbers that:
- All online registered numbers are immediately recorded.
- These numbers are activated in order of receipt.
- There are no delays. We are 100% operational, also outside office hours.
For existing telephone numbers, the following applies:
- Requests for telephone emergency and alarm services are processed with priority. Also in the evenings and/or on weekends.
- Changes in telephone employees and/or call schedules are carried out with extra urgency, so that your accessibility is guaranteed.
- Our technical service implements adjustments in order of receipt. They also now work outside office hours.
