New Feature: Employee Statistics Email Reports

As a number owner, you likely check your call statistics regularly. You want to know exactly how many calls you’ve received, whether there are missed calls, and if you need to make adjustments in your organization to better handle incoming calls.
That’s why, as a Belfabriek customer, you’ve had access to a comprehensive statistics dashboard in your online control panel for years. However, for number owners working with multiple employees, even this might not be enough. Specifically for these customers, we’ve introduced Employee Statistics Email Reports.
Practical Needs
Employee Statistics Email Reports were developed based on specific needs from our customers. For example, one of our customers, a number owner working with a large number of different consultants, approached us with the question of how he could easily get a daily overview of the minutes and calls each employee handled the day before.
This information was important to the customer because calls were primarily driven by online advertising systems like Adwords. By comparing the number of minutes and calls with statistics from Adwords, he could quickly see which ads and keywords were working or not. This allowed him to optimize his ads daily based on the previous day’s results.
Further research among some of our customers quickly revealed that this need was shared by many. For example, many customers were interested in a weekly or monthly overview of call statistics per employee, automatically sent to the team leader or manager.
What Are Employee Statistics Email Reports?
You’re likely familiar with our Statistics Email Reports—a handy feature that automatically sends you daily, weekly, or monthly statistics for your service number via email.
Many of our customers use this feature to keep team leaders or managers informed about the number of calls and minutes.
Employee Statistics Email Reports show exactly how many calls and minutes each of your employees handled during the reporting period.
Just like the regular Statistics Email Reports, you’ll receive the employee reports automatically in your email—daily, weekly, or monthly.
What Does the Email Report Look Like?
Each email contains an overview of all extensions per service number. For each extension (employee), you’ll see exactly how many calls and minutes were handled.
If you have more than one service number, the extensions are grouped by service number, even if employees handle incoming calls for multiple numbers.
How Do I Enable Employee Statistics Email Reports?
Enabling employee reports is very simple. Log in to the My Belfabriek control panel and go to Number Settings. Scroll down until you see the Employee Statistics Email Reports feature and click the “On” button to enable the feature.
Then make the following two settings:
- Enter the email address where you want to receive the reports.
- Specify the frequency at which you want to receive the reports.
Don’t forget to save your changes.
