Just a few years ago, recording your phone calls was an expensive and technically complicated affair. With the arrival of our cloud-based call recording, that changed. Suddenly, call recording came within reach of every service number holder. Today we announce the next step in this development.

Indispensable

About a year and a half ago, we opened our call recording service, with its unique online management panel, to all our customers. Since then, many of them have permanently enabled this service to ensure customer contact quality and to train staff.

For many of our customers, call recording has therefore become an indispensable feature.

From Belfabriek, you are used to the fact that all important services that come standard with your number are simply included in your subscription. That is why we are now also adding call recording to our package of free services.

Free entry-level package

From today you can use our call recording functionality for free with our Starter package. Record unlimited calls and listen to them back online within our My Belfabriek environment.

Your calls are stored for one day. You can download and archive unlimited call recordings.

Two premium packages

In addition to our free Starter package, we also offer two premium packages. Besides the same functionality as the Starter package, these packages offer a longer retention period.

With the Business package, your recordings are stored for one week, with the Enterprise package even for a month.

Quick and easy start

To start with call recording, you only need to log in to your My Belfabriek account. Then go to Call-recording > Settings and choose the desired package for one or more of your numbers.

You can change your subscription as often as you want.
