It’s no surprise that we were pleased with (and proud of) SynerScope’s choice of a Belfabriek number for SynerScope users. To ensure a national, accessible image, an 088-number was chosen in consultation with SynerScope. A bilingual welcome message was added, which can be adjusted on-the-fly. ‘Simply’ by recording a new version on Android or iPhone. After that, callers hear a short menu. Do they want to speak to someone from sales or need technical support?

Once callers make a choice, the intelligent Belfabriek platform immediately connects them to the right employee. Since staffing varies and some SynerScope colleagues are currently working from home, calls are sometimes forwarded to mobile devices. To prevent these from being accidentally answered ‘privately,’ SynerScope employees first hear a customized tone. This way, they know for sure that a business caller is on the line. Also handy: employees can log in and out themselves using the Belfabriek app. And if no one is available to answer the call, the caller can leave a message, which we neatly email to SynerScope.
