Activating Call Recording

The first step to benefiting from Call Recording is activating this feature. You can do this by clicking on Call Recording and Settings in Mijn Belfabriek. Then, you can choose how long you want to store recorded calls:

  • 1 day: ideal for those who want to try out this feature;
  • 1 week: for those who can’t listen to and review calls every day;
  • 1 month: this professional option is ideal for companies that want to take samples for performance reviews or handle complaints about specific calls.

After clicking Save, call recording will be activated within one business day, and all incoming calls will be automatically recorded.

Listening to Recordings

To listen to recorded calls, click on Call Recording and then Play in Mijn Belfabriek. You’ll find unplayed calls in bold, similar to an email inbox. This way, you can see at a glance which calls are new and which you’ve already listened to. Mark important calls with a star to easily find them later.

You can also download a recording to your computer with just one click.
