Change settings via your smartphone or tablet
The new, responsive design of My Belfabriek ensures that the dashboard of your service number looks optimal on every device. Zooming and dragging are no longer necessary because the site adapts to your screen. This allows you to change settings and view your statistics faster and more easily, wherever you are.
Of course, My Belfabriek is still perfectly accessible via your desktop or laptop.
Easier login
We have so many passwords for websites these days that the chance of losing track is increasing. Thanks to the link with social media such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, it is not a problem if you do not have your username and/or password at hand. After you have linked the relevant social networks, you can easily log in to My Belfabriek with one of these accounts.
You can also log in with your email address and password. So it is not even necessary to remember your username, but your account is still secure and only accessible to those who have the password.
Improved invoices overview
With the new invoices overview page, you have a better overview of the invoices for your service number and you can now see at a glance which invoices have been paid and which are still open. As before, you can download your invoices in PDF format.
Extensive help page
You want to lose as little time as possible and appreciate easy, intuitive controls. We do our utmost to deliver that. Of course, this includes a complete help page that clearly answers all possible questions. This page has been considerably expanded compared to the previous version. Here too, the page is perfectly accessible on your mobile device.
