Belfabriek VIP App

Heading out and want to forward incoming calls to your mobile phone or another employee? Or are you closing for a few days and want to redirect callers to another branch or a call center? You’ve always been able to do this via our 0900-OPERATOR service, but starting today, you can also do it from your iPhone or iPad with our VIP app.

In the Belfabriek VIP App, you can clearly see your numbers and where they are currently being forwarded. Within the app, you can create a list of frequently used destinations. Want to change a destination? You can do it with a single swipe:

  • Choose a previously set destination from the list.
  • Add a new destination.
  • Edit an existing destination.
  • Enter an alternative destination not yet in the list.

Belfabriek Employee App

Answering calls no longer requires everyone to be in the same room. Your employees can work from home or even take calls on the go. However, they do need to indicate when they are available—that is, when their shift starts and ends. This could already be done via the browser, but the Belfabriek Employee App makes it even easier.

The Belfabriek Employee App, as the name suggests, is for your phone employees. On their smartphone or tablet, they log in with their existing credentials and update their status.

Additionally, your employees can view their statistics. How many calls have they answered during the selected period? What was the duration of these calls? With the statistics in this new app, your employees can instantly see how they are performing.
