With Belfabriek, you can have your calls delivered via a so-called “overflow.” This means that when you’re on another call, an incoming call is forwarded to a second phone number.

Of course, you decide how many phone numbers the call can be forwarded to.

When a second destination number isn’t possible, we can set up a queue. The customer will then hear how many people are ahead of them in line.

To prevent customers from waiting endlessly in the queue, you can set a maximum number of people in line and a total wait time. If there are more people waiting or if your customer has to wait longer than the time you’ve set, you can, for example, redirect customers to a voicemail where they can leave their phone number. The voicemail is then sent to your email as a digital file, allowing you to call these customers back later at your convenience.
