How does it work?

When visitors visit your website, the availability for each of your team members is retrieved from our IVR system. The website visitors therefore know exactly who is ready to take a call at that moment.

How do you set this up?

Until recently, setting up such a system was technically specialized work for which not every website builder had the necessary knowledge and skills.

Fortunately, that no longer has to be the case! Showing the availability of employees on the website is no more difficult than installing a Wordpress plugin. After you have installed the plugin, you add a simple code to the content of the web pages, exactly where you want to show the available employees.

For each employee, you can enter further information such as name, a photo, a description and a direct number.
