For years, Belfabriek customers have been able to use our SMS service: the SMS-Klapper. Through a convenient web interface, they can easily enter and send messages—now or at a later time—manage an address book with extensive customer organization options, and much more.

In recent months, we noticed room for improvement. Today, we are proud to announce our new SMS API.

Thanks to this new API, customers can now send SMS messages directly from their own software environment.

The Practical Advantage

One of our customers provides information to their clients over the phone. The company noticed that callers increasingly requested confirmation of this information via SMS. Thanks to our SMS API, this company can send text messages directly from their own computer system: unique messages per customer or the same message to a specific group (or all) of their customers.
