Belfabriek has recently redesigned your personal dashboard. Our goal? To make it even easier for you to view the results of your service number. You’re no longer tied to standard periods for viewing statistics—you can choose the time span you want to analyze.
Whether you’re using the Period Analysis, Call Analysis, or the detailed Specification, you can select the start and end dates for the desired overview in each of these screens. Click Apply, and your statistics will appear immediately.
Why Would I Want to Do This?
Statistics are already useful for those who want a monthly overview of call data. But for various other applications, the ability to customize the data is invaluable. For example, select the exact period during which you ran a marketing campaign to see its results. Or view data over several years to discover seasonal trends. You can also zoom in on a specific day—such as today— to respond to rapid changes.
Download Statistics
If you need more detailed statistics or want to perform your own analysis on the call data, you can now define the exact period for your analysis. With one click, you can export the statistics for the desired period. You can download them as an Excel file or an XML file. You can then filter and organize the specification in various ways: by date, time, call duration, and/or location, or apply advanced calculations.
To download your statistics, go to My Belfabriek, click on Statistics, and then Specification. Don’t forget to select the time period for the data first. See the instructions above for guidance.
