This spring, Belfabriek became the first Dutch service number provider to launch an app that allows you to directly manage your number settings. The feedback from our customers was overwhelmingly positive from the start.

Although we are still the only Dutch 0800- and 0900- provider offering such an app, this month we are releasing a new update with a fresh design and new functionalities.

In this article, we highlight the most important changes for you.

New in the App: Call Statistics

Perhaps the most significant change is that you can now view your call statistics within the Belfabriek app. Not as a list of plain numbers, but in beautiful, clear graphs that instantly tell you what you need to know about your service number.

These call statistics are, of course, real-time, as you’ve come to expect from us.

Design Update

Due to the new statistics functionality, the workflow of the Belfabriek app has been adjusted, and all screens have been redesigned.

For example, you’ll now find an overview of all your phone numbers on the dashboard of the Belfabriek app. With a single swipe, you can select the number for which you want to change the destination or view the statistics. This allows you to quickly and easily manage all your service and business numbers from your iPhone or iPad.

Additionally, we’ve made numerous small improvements “under the hood.”
