Update: Better Support and Easier Saving of Changes in My Belfabriek

If you’ve used your My Belfabriek dashboard over the past few weeks, you may have noticed some changes.
In this article, we’ll explain what has changed and what it means for you.
Improved Support
This summer, we migrated our online knowledge base to a new, more modern platform.
We also took the opportunity to give the site a fresh look and update much of the content.
Previously, this knowledge base was accessible from the My Belfabriek dashboard via the red “Support” tab on the left side of the page. You then had to type your query into the somewhat hidden “Search our knowledge base” field.
This process is now much easier.
At the bottom right of every page within My Belfabriek, you’ll see a green “Support” button. Clicking this opens a popup with a search field asking, “How can we help?”
When you enter a keyword or question here, the system will suggest several articles from our knowledge base that are likely to answer your question.
Our knowledge base contains hundreds of articles addressing frequently asked questions.
If you still can’t find an answer or have a specific question, you can contact us via the green “Send us a message” button.
These messages go directly to our support experts, who will respond to your query as quickly as possible.
Automatic Saving of Number Settings Changes
Until now, after making changes to your number settings, you had to scroll to the bottom of the page, click “Save”, and then confirm the changes.
This sometimes led to customers making changes but not saving them, resulting in desired changes not being implemented or being delayed.
We’ve now greatly simplified the process of making changes.
All changes are now saved automatically and immediately.
At the top of the page, you’ll see a yellow bar with a status message indicating that all changes have been saved.
Note: To ensure the availability of your service number, changes will still be reviewed by our experts before being implemented, as before. We aim to keep this delay to a minimum.
