1. Change destination

A service number or company number is a virtual number: it forwards to the local or mobile number of your choice. 2. Announcement text

3. Queue

If the queue is too long, the next function is an interesting one.

4. Voice-e-mail

6. Selection menu

Do you notice that you often have to forward callers to a colleague? With the Selection menu function, you let callers choose for themselves in which category their question falls. You then lead them to the right person or department via their number keys. What is also possible is to lead customers to an Announcement text for specific questions or to the option to leave a Voice-e-mail.
