This plugin creates a direct connection with our IVR platform, allowing you to show on your site which employees are ready to take new calls and who is currently busy. Activate the plugin, and visitors to your site will see the following information for each of your employees:

  • Photo
  • Role, specialization, or other short description
  • Status: ‘available,’ ‘busy,’ or ‘unavailable’

You can customize this information via a user-friendly admin screen provided by the plugin. This gives you full control over how your employees appear on your website.
