But a solid solution where we pay local call charges and international rates to the local operator.

We can also configure a virtual call center where call traffic is distributed among various employees or branches in the target countries according to your wishes.

You are and remain in control: in the Belfabriek control panel you can see exactly which numbers are in use, how many calls have been processed and where those calls are ultimately handled.

If you have your own system administrator and/or programmer, access to the code of the IVR platform is also an option, so that you can always make changes yourself (C##).
