Connect
The Belfabriek telephone exchange works with all brands and types of devices.
This can be an existing mobile phone, a landline at the office or at home or a new VoIP phone that connects to our telephone exchange via the Internet.
If you want to use your existing mobile phone, you can easily add it to your telephone exchange with us. We will then forward incoming calls to your mobile phone.
If you want to purchase a new VoIP phone at a later time, we recommend the Yealink brand.This is the most commonly used brand of phone and we have the administrator software from the manufacturer of this brand so that we can easily and remotely support devices so that we can help you quickly. Many customers also use our telephone system with existing telephones. These can be VoIP telephones of all brands and via all networks.
This makes our telephone system the simplest and most complete system there is!
Ordering Process Devices
Hardphones are shipped pre-configured from our own warehouse. To a central location, but also to various branches or the private addresses of individual employees. As a rule: ordered before 22:00, the next day at the workplace of your choice! If it concerns addresses in Europe, you will receive the devices after 2-3 working days via UPS.
Important for a correct installation of your telephone:
- Make sure you have sufficient computer knowledge to connect equipment to your network
- Make sure you have an overview of your network and firewall data
- Take your time installing your phone
- Need help? For 15 euros per quarter, we are happy to help you remotely.
