With us you can choose any softphone from any software developer you want and include it in your call team. So you are not tied to 1 brand of softphone or 1 softphone that is provided by your provider. This is important because you are always free to choose which softphone you like best.

You can buy these softphones directly from these manufacturers as a software license. We will provide you with the login details so that these softphones can register on your telephone exchange with us.

It is important to note that softphones have advantages but also disadvantages, especially if you install them on your mobile phone.

A softphone on a desktop computer usually works perfectly. With a headset on your computer, it has become a fully-fledged telephone.

This is useful if you receive or make a lot of calls, because you keep both hands free to type. And you don’t have to invest in new desk phones (only in headsets).

A softphone on a mobile phone does have a disadvantage. It is an app on a mobile phone. And an app closes itself, or goes into sleep mode after a while.
