You can easily set up the availability via a web page that everyone in your team has access to. This way you can always transfer to whoever is on duty at that moment.

The terms hosted voip and voip SME and SME hosted voip are often used interchangeably to indicate that it is a telephony service that does not require a physical telephone exchange in the office itself. Our virtual numbers with a telephone exchange linked to them are also ‘hosted voip’.

If your internet is offline, our telecom solution will work and we are quite unique in that. We also forward calls to existing mobile phones and landlines. So you don’t have to worry about missing a call.
