By using the Menu feature, you can quickly distribute callers based on the type of question or the skills of the employee answering the phone.
At Belfabriek, a Menu is also included as standard with your subscription. You pay nothing extra when you use this feature.

Activate Your Own Menu
When you let Belfabriek manage your service number, creating a menu is a breeze. You tell us which options you want and to which numbers they should connect, and we take care of the rest.
You can have your menu adjusted at any time. This is easily done via the online My Belfabriek dashboard or via the Belfabriek app for iOS and Android.
