When the Pre-Announcement Tone feature is enabled for your service number, you will hear a short tone or melody before the call begins.

This way, you always know whether an incoming call is coming through your service number or if the caller dialed your ‘regular’ number, even before the conversation starts.

Activate Your Pre-Announcement Tone

If you have transferred your service number to Belfabriek, you can easily enable the Pre-Announcement Tone via our online My Belfabriek dashboard or via the Belfabriek app for iOS and Android.

Go to Number Settings and scroll to the Pre-Announcement Tone option. You can easily enable or disable the feature with the on/off switch. When you enable the feature, you can choose from 6 different tones and melodies. You can listen to the tones by clicking the Play button next to each tone.

Your changes are automatically saved. To ensure the accessibility of your service number, one of our experts will review your changes before they are applied to your number.
