A Virtual Call Center distributes callers fairly and evenly among all available employees. These can be employees at your office, in a call center, or at home, or even a combination of these.

Employees Set Availability

Employees log in and out via our online portal medewerker.belfabriek.nl or with the Employee app for iOS.

This way, our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system knows exactly which employees are available at any given time.

You can also assign box numbers to employees. Callers are then asked to enter the box number of the employee they want to speak to. This method of distributing calls is useful when you also use our Employee Availability Website Plugin. With this plugin for the popular WordPress content management system, you can easily show which employees are available.

Activate Virtual Call Center

You can activate your own Virtual Call Center online via the My Belfabriek dashboard under Number Settings.

Scroll down until you see the option for Carousel Application. You can activate the option using the on/off switch on the right. If desired, you can also add box numbers and employee names here.
