As a Belfabriek customer, you have access to extensive real-time call statistics. Additionally, you can also regularly and automatically receive email reports.
If you still need a more in-depth analysis of your statistics, we have two extra features for you.
Search Engine Call Statistics
When you enable this feature, you will also receive all call statistics in Google Analytics.
You can then use the special reports from Analytics to perform a deeper analysis or, for example, compare your call statistics with your web statistics and Adwords data.

Download Statistics as an Excel File
Did you know that you can also download all your call data as an Excel file?
Log in to your online My Belfabriek dashboard and go to Statistics > Specification.
At the top of the page, you will see a Download as Excel button. When you click on it, all data from the selected period will be collected and placed into one convenient Excel file.
After downloading your statistics as an Excel file, you can freely perform your own analyses, load them into other files, or create beautiful graphs.
You can also download the data as an XML file if needed.
