As the owner of a 0900 number, you determine the rate charged to the caller.
Rates for 0900 numbers in the Netherlands can range from €0.00 (free) to €1.60 per call or €1 per minute. For 0900 and similar numbers abroad, different rates may apply.

Changing Rates
You can easily change rates via our online My Belfabriek dashboard.
After logging in, go to Number Settings and then Change Rate.
On this screen, you will see a dropdown menu where you can easily select the new rate. Then click Save, and we will ensure that the rate change is implemented in the calculation, as well as updating the rate announcement. This way, you don’t have to worry about it.

You can change the rate as often as you like.
Rate changes are always implemented on the first day of the new month. Please note that rate changes must be requested no later than 7 days before the end of the month.
