If I am on a call, callers get a busy tone. Can a queue be added?
Sometimes you are on a call and still want to be able to accommodate callers. That is why, as a Belfabriek customer, you have access to the Queue feature. This is one of the many extra features you get as standard with your Belfabriek.
How the Queue Works
A service number is a virtual number. This means that a call first arrives on our platform, after which we forward the call to your regular phone. This forwarding can be done intelligently, and various extra features, which you do not have with a regular phone number, can be added.
One of these extra features is the queue.
Queue Options
When you activate your Belfabriek Queue, you can determine the maximum length of the queue and what should happen to incoming calls when this maximum length is reached.
You determine the maximum length in minutes or the number of waiting callers. When the maximum length is reached, you can forward calls to your Digital Voicemail or play a message.
You can change the settings of your Queue in your online My Belfabriek dashboard or via our Belfabriek app for your mobile phone or tablet.
