A voicemail or Digital Answering Machine is often used in combination with a time-date routing. With this, you specify on which days and times you are available and what should happen to incoming calls outside these times. As a solution, a Digital Answering Machine is often chosen.

Your callers are given the opportunity to leave a message. This message is recorded by us and sent to you as an audio file via email.

This way, you can listen to these recordings and respond to callers at your convenience, ensuring you never miss a call.

For callers, this has the advantage that they still feel properly assisted, even if no one was available to speak with them at that moment.
