When you request your service number with Belfabriek, the number is registered in your name with the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM). The number is therefore your property.

Do you want to transfer this number to another company or individual? Then you need to follow these steps:

  1. Download our assignment form and fill it out. Under “Remarks,” indicate that it concerns the transfer of a number.
  2. Download an extract from the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce for the company to which you want to transfer your number.
  3. Send both forms to klantenservice@belfabriek.nl.
  4. Notify the ACM of the change via the online form or download the ACM change form here.
