View Call Statistics for Employees (Box Numbers)
Do you use a Virtual Call Center and want to see at the end of the month how many calls and minutes have been received per destination or box number?
This is easy with Belfabriek’s extensive statistics functionality.
Log in to your My Belfabriek online control panel and go to Statistics.
Now set the period for which you want to view the statistics. In this article, we show you how to do this.
Next, go to Specification. On the next screen, you will see an overview of all calls made during the period you specified.
Then click on the Download as Excel button at the top of the page. The download of an xls file with all call data will start automatically.

You can open this file in Microsoft Excel, or with the free packages from OpenOffice or LibreOffice.
The xls file contains several tabs. The first tab is called Overall Data and contains all call information.
The other tabs are named after the extensions set for your number. You can also find these names in the Description column on the Destinations page within My Belfabriek.
Note: The sheets for the individual extensions only include the calls that were actually answered. Calls that, for example, were abandoned by the caller before your employee answered the phone are not included here.
This way, you quickly and easily get a complete overview of the number and duration of the calls your employees handled during this period.
