After your number is approved and connected, you will gain access to your online My Belfabriek dashboard.

You don’t need to do anything for this; our staff will send you the login instructions. If you don’t have an account yet and still want to see what the statistics look like, log in to the demo environment by clicking the link in the login menu.

In your online dashboard, you can view your invoices, change the settings of your service number, and also view your call statistics in real time.

After logging in, select Statistics from the menu at the top of the page.

You will now see the Period Analysis, including total overviews, top destinations, top callers, and top locations.

In the menu on the right, you can choose Call Analysis for an analysis of call duration and time of the call.

On the Specification page, you will find exact information for each incoming call. This overview can also be downloaded as an xls file.
