As a Belfabriek customer, you have access to extensive graphically displayed call statistics that provide all the necessary information at a glance.

You can view these call statistics on your online My Belfabriek dashboard or via our mobile app for iOS and Android.

Calls by Days of the Week

After logging into My Belfabriek or opening the app, go to Statistics.

On this screen, you will find a complete overview of your call statistics in handy graphs.

Scroll down until you see Weekly Trend by Day.

You can see exactly how many calls your staff handled each day, the total duration of these calls, and what percentage of the total number of calls for the current period this represents.

Calls by Day of the Week

You can set the current statistics period at the top of the page. Click on the dropdown menu to see a calendar. Here, you can choose the start and end of the period you want to analyze. By default, this period is set to the last 30 days.

Top 3 Busiest Hours

Directly below the overview of calls by days of the week, you will find an overview of the 3 busiest hours per day, measured over the entire period.

My Belfabriek Top 3 Busiest Hours Statistics Overview

Missed Calls

To gain insight into whether and how many callers did not reach a staff member, look at the Top Destination by Total Number of Calls.

If you see a destination labeled IVR (Interactive Voice Response) in this overview, you know that these callers did not get past the IVR and therefore did not speak to a staff member.

This can happen because your staff were busy, someone called outside business hours, a caller did not complete a menu selection, or for another reason hung up before your staff could answer the phone.
