As the owner of a 0900 number, you determine the rate the caller must pay. You have complete freedom in this, subject to a few legal rules and restrictions.

These rules and restrictions are mainly in place to ensure that callers have a clear and transparent understanding of what they will pay for calling a 0900 number.
