Belfabriek Search Engine Call Statistics Overview

The anatomy of Search Engine Call Statistics events is as follows:

Event Category

A category is a group of objects, in this case, phone calls. The name of the event category used by Search Engine Call Statistics is “Servicenummer.”

You can use this category name to distinguish call statistics from other events stored in your Analytics account.

Event Action

The value of the event action is your phone number in international format. A Dutch service number is displayed starting with 31 and without the 0 of the area code.

If you have multiple service numbers, you can use this component to differentiate within your reports.

Event Label

The value of this event component is the extension or destination where your calls are delivered. You can also find this in the Description column on the Destinations page of your My Belfabriek dashboard.

As you are used to from the My Belfabriek statistics, you will also find the value IVR here for calls that were not answered or where the caller ended the call before your employee picked up.

You can read all about events here.

Custom Dimensions

When setting up your Search Engine Call Statistics, you created six custom dimensions, including Caller, Mobile, Location, and Peak.

You can find these in the reports under the dimension filters under the heading Custom Dimensions.
