Go to https://www.zoiper.com/, navigate to “DOWNLOAD,” and download the version you need.

Zoiper versions

The download should start automatically after 10 seconds. After downloading, proceed with the package and follow the steps required to install the software. Then, open the Zoiper application (version 5) on your desktop/laptop and enter the SIP details in several steps.

Enter the corresponding details on the first screen.

Step 1 (number, server, port, and password)

On the first line, enter the server and port (separated by an “@” and then a “:”):

301@ivr.belfabriek.com:5070

On the second line, enter the password (pay attention to spaces). You can request the login details via support@belfabriek.nl. Include your customer number in the email for optimal processing.

Step 3 (options and username)

The next screen contains optional settings. Check the box for “Optional” and enter the username (provided by Belfabriek) on the first line (authentication username). Leave the outbound proxy field empty.

Then click “Next.” If everything is correct, a SIP account will now be found. Select it and click “Next” again.

Zoiper should now have set up and registered the account. You can now receive and make calls with your phone number.
