Yes, calls to toll-free numbers are always free for the caller.
A customer service number is a nationally dialable number. It is therefore not callable from abroad. If you also want to answer foreign callers, we can arrange for a national (service) number in the countries of your choice. Take a look in our international numbers shop which numbers we can deliver from stock at the moment, or feel free to contact us.
Yes, we do. We have working agreements with local partners in many countries and thus an international database of numbers in over 78 countries. For many requested countries, we can deliver numbers from stock. Often we can make your number active within 1 working day. If you let us know in which countries you want to be reachable by phone, we will take care of the rest.
