The Belfabriek phone system works with all brands and types of phones.
This can be an existing mobile phone, a fixed phone in the office or at home, or a new VoIP phone that connects to our PBX via the internet.
If you want to buy a new VoIP phone, we recommend the Yealink brand.
This is the most widely used brand of phone and we have their software so we can support the devices remotely.
Many customers use our phone system with existing phones.
If you want new phones, make sure you have enough computer knowledge to do the installation. If you have ever given a computer an IP address, then connecting an IP phone to your network will also work.
We can also help you with this remotely. We charge €15 per quarter hour.
Hardphones are shipped pre-configured from our own warehouse. To a central location, but also, for example, to different branches or to the home addresses of individual employees. The rule is: order before 10pm, next day at the workstation of your choice! For addresses in Europe, you will receive the devices within 2-3 working days via UPS.
