Ordering and process

You can easily place your order on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Below you can find the delivery times per product:

Phone numbers

Depending on the country and series, we can issue and activate numbers immediately or we must first complete a registration in your name with the relevant government organization.

Do you already have a number and do you want to move it to Belfabriek? This is possible and regulated by law. We can move the number to us and are happy to give you a temporary number if you want to test and configure the new devices already.

For countries abroad, you can either first place an order for a preferred number, after which an employee will contact you within 1 working day, or you can call our service desk and first discuss the options by telephone. Depending on the country, we have the phone number active the same working day or within a few days.

Telephone sets

If you use the Yealink devices recommended by us, we can configure them for you and send them to you. You will enjoy a plug and play experience.
Orders placed before 22:00 (CET) are delivered the next working day in most mainland European countries.

Softphones

You can download softphones for your PC, Mac, iOS or Android device 24/7 to the devices of your choice.

SIP accounts

You can create and activate/deactivate these yourself 24/7 via the web interface. This way you can easily create accounts for all devices that you want to connect.

You can download these 24/7 in the stores or via the download link provided.

Rolling out your devices

You can learn to configure, but most people don't enjoy it much. And so we gladly take over that responsibility from our customers. Just like 'the hassle' surrounding selecting and ordering telephones. To make this possible, we have invested heavily in central configuration of our softphones and an automated distribution center for Yealink desk devices.

Hardphones are shipped preconfigured from our own warehouse. To a central location, but also, for example, to different branches or the private addresses of individual employees. Usually: ordered before 22:00 (CET), next day at the workplace of your choice! If it concerns addresses 'further away' in Europe, you will receive the devices via UPS after 2-3 working days.

Employees receive download links to pre-configured softphones, your choice for desktop and/or mobile.

We offer organizations with more than 100 users the opportunity to design the softphone environment in the house style (branded). This can be realized within a month (design, implementation and rollout). Inquire about the options!

Choose your own softphone

If you are a user of our phone system, you have the option of a softphone.

With us, you can choose any softphone from any software developer and include it in your call team. So you are not tied to 1 brand of softphone or 1 softphone provided by your provider. This is important because it gives you the freedom to choose the softphone you like best.

You can buy these softphones directly from the manufacturers as software licences. We will provide you with the login details so that these softphones can register with us on your PBX.

Importantly, softphones have advantages but also disadvantages, especially if you install them on your mobile phone.

A softphone on a fixed computer usually works perfectly. With a headset on your computer, it has become a full phone.

This is useful if you make or receive a lot of calls, as it leaves your hands free to type. And you don't have to invest in new desk phones (just headsets).

A softphone on a mobile phone has its drawbacks.

The main disadvantage of a softphone is that it is an app on your phone. And an application closes itself or goes to sleep after a while.

From then on, you will no longer receive incoming calls. Without you noticing.

Also, a softphone on your phone uses a lot of battery. Your battery lasts much less because you have a second phone on your phone.

We do not recommend using a softphone on your mobile phone.

It is not stable and reliable, and it will drain your phone's battery.
